Policy
Orders will ship to the credit card billing address unless a copy of the credit card used to place the order is provided. This policy is to protect both the cardholder as well as Mountain View Movies from fraud.
USA
Orders Under $300: Shipping to all USA locations for orders under $300 will be via UPS (non PO Box) . You may select UPS Ground, UPS 2 Day Air or UPS Next Day Air. The shipping charge is the actual UPS cost, we do not add additional handling fees. PO Box addresses will ship via USPS media mail. **Please note that USPS media mail may take up to 30 days for delivery to continental US locations. **If you choose a faster method of shipping, please allow for up to 3 business days for your order to ship. Therefore, if you choose 2 Day Air, this will be on top of the 3 processing days.
If the total number of DVDs in an order is less than 10, Mountain View Movies reserves the right to ship the order via USPS First Class or USPS Priority Mail.
Orders Over $300: All US orders $300 and over will qualify for FREE SHIPPING. Items being shipped to a non PO box address within the 48 contiguous US states will ship via UPS Ground. All PO Box, PR, VI, AK, HI, GUAM addresses will ship via USPS media mail.
** Please note that USPS media mail may take up to 30 days for delivery to continental US locations and 60 days for delivery to distant locations such as AK, PR, VI, GUAM and HI. This is out of our control. If you would like a faster method of shipment, please contact us and we can provide a shipping cost quote and you would be responsible for the cost of shipping. **If you choose a faster method of shipping, please allow for up to 3 business days for your order to ship. Therefore, if you choose 2 Day Air, this will be on top of the 3 processing days.
All items shipped by Mountain View Movies are insured and tracking data is provided via email.
Please be advised that any address correction made by UPS will result in a $11 charge to your credit card. To avoid this charge, please enter your complete correct address. This charge is imposed upon us by UPS and is unavoidable if the address submitted is incorrect.
If you request a Signature Delivery Confirmation, your credit card will be charged $3, as this is what UPS charges us.
CANADA
Shipping to Canada will be available via UPS Standard. An invoice of the actual order will be included for customs. Canada customs, duty fees and additional UPS costs are not covered by Mountain View Movies. Please be sure to check with Canadian customs regarding fees associated with importing DVDs.
Another option is to have your order shipped to a Freight Forwarded located in the US, who will handle the shipment of your order across the border. You will then be eligible for FREE UPS shipping to the freight forwarders location within the USA. You will need to have an account already setup with the freight forwarder. For this option, Mountain View Movies will need a scanned copy of the credit card used to place the order, along with a photo id of the cardholder.
We do NOT offer FREE SHIPPING to Canada addresses. If the shipping charge does not appear during checkout, we will add the charge to your credit card at the time of shipping. All items shipped by Mountain View Movies are insured and tracking data is provided via email.
NOTE: The shipping cost will be available during checkout, before you are asked to enter any billing information. If you wish to estimate the shipping cost for an order, please proceed to the checkout process to view the UPS charge.
NOTE: If you are having trouble placing your order via the website, please phone in your order to (607) 432-5405. The address verification system can cause failures with Canada addresses because of the ZIP structure. We aplogize for this inconvenience.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
Shipping is offered to most international locations. Please be advised that our DVDs, Blu-Rays and Video Games are Region 1, encoded for the US and Canada. If your DVD player does not play Region 1 DVDs, please do not purchase from our website. If you plan to sell these Region 1 DVDs to countries other than the USA and Canada, please be aware of DVD player restrictions. There will be no returns on international sales.

We do NOT offer FREE SHIPPING to International addresses.
We do NOT accept international money orders or checks. We will only accept Credit Card payments on international orders.
Shipping charges will be added to your order AFTER you checkout and your order is packed and ready to leave our warehouse. For most international locations we will ship USPS Express Mail International. EVERY package will be insured and require a signature confirmation.
All shipping charges will be added to your card at the time of shipping. For a shipping estimate, please contact us with the quantity of items you wish to purchase along with your address, we will email you a quote.

In the event that an order is refused because a buyer does not pay the appropriate fees and it is sent back to Mountain View Movies, the buyer will be responsible for the return shipping costs.
