A: No. Mountain View Movies is a wholesale company dealing in closeout opportunities only. All newest releases must be purchased through the studio distributors directly.
Q: Are your DVDs just like the ones sold in retail stores?
A: Yes. We are a reputable company who deals with authentic merchandise. All Wholesale DVDs are New and Factory Sealed in standard size cases with original artwork and packaging. DVDs are official releases, not asian imports or copies of any kind. DVDs are either Region 1 (Coded for US/Canada) or Region Free. Since we purchase closeout stock, some titles may have scratched UPCs, hole punches, sale stickers or other marks on the outside packaging. This in no way compromises the playability of the product, and the item is still NEW.
Q: Do I need to open an account to order from your site?
A: No. You can simply add the items you are interested in purchasing to the shopping cart and checkout. You will create an account during checkout, which you can use the next time you order. It will remember your billing and shipping details for easy checkouts in the future.
Q: Do you ship worldwide?
A: YES. We currently ship to the USA, Canada and many international locations. We do not ship to APOs or FPOs since UPS does not offer delivery to those locations. Estimated shipping costs can be calculated from the shopping cart. International orders can not estimate shipping, the charge is added after checkout.

Q: How much is shipping?
A: Shipping to any US address is FREE with any purchase of $300 or more. All orders under $300 will be charged actual shipping costs for the order. International Shipping charges will be added at the time of shipment. We do not charge additional handling fees for shipping.
Q: Does the shipping calculator work?
A: The UPS ship calculator does not support rate requests when only a zip code is supplied unless the shipment is within the US. For shipments to Canada, more information is required for UPS to return the rate. This is why a rate is not available in the pre-checkout estimator. The shipping cost will be available during checkout, before you are asked to enter any billing information. If you wish to estimate the shipping cost for an order, please proceed to the checkout process to view the UPS charge. The UPS Ship calculator will not be available for international orders.
Q: What is your return policy?
A: We replace all damaged goods free of charge. Non Damaged items can be returned, in the original new/sealed condition, within 30 days of purchase at the buyer's expense for a refund of item cost minus a 25% restocking fee. Shipping and handling is not refunded. Since we purchase closeout stock, some titles will have scratched UPCs, hole punches or stickers - This is not considered "damaged" goods. In no way is the playability of the item compromised. For dvd pre-pack assortments, we must receive the entire lot back for a refund, you may NOT keep the ones you like and return the rest. There are no returns on Clearance Items. There are no returns on international orders.
Q: Will you drop ship orders?
A: No. We are no longer offering drop ship services.
Q: Do I need a wholesale license to purchase from your company.
A: No. We are a B to B company selling to retail shops and other various outlets. Your company does not need to setup an account when purchasing from our website on a pre-pay basis. However, All NY residents must pay 8% sales tax, unless you have a valid NY State resale certificate. This information must be faxed to 607-432-5405 to be excluded from paying the required 8% NY Sales tax.
Q: Do you restock the items that are currently "Out of Stock"?
A: Since we work on a closeout basis, we can not guarantee that we will restock an item that is currently "Out of Stock". If we are unable to restock an item, it will be removed from the website during our monthly "clean-up".
